By controlling production of all materials used in our systems we are able to ensure a high quality and consistent playing surface for each and every customer.
Installation is just as critical to the quality of a sports surface. This is why this is also carried out by Polytan, whose own experienced and highly-specialized installation teams lay the surfaces on site using specialized equipment.
The plant and machinery used is continually repaired or rebuilt in the company’s own workshops. Having installed more than 300 million square feet of sports surface across the world, Polytan has acquired a tremendous depth of knowledge in installation technology & practices.
Polytan sports surfaces have continually demonstrated their supreme durability and efficiency under the toughest of conditions in all regions of the world for more than three decades.
Polytan surfaces hold certificates confirming compliance with the standards of all major international sports governing bodies; IAAF, FIFA, UEFA and FIH, and have repeatedly demonstrated their continued suitability in numerous field tests following installation.
Polytan surfaces are manufactured to the DIN V 18035/7 standard.
