Consistent Performance Over the Entire Surface and Over Time
Why ACS?
Many synthetic turf systems are subject to continued compaction after installation due to changes in the infill materials and in the subbase; creating a hard, inconsistent playing surface The Polytan system, with an in-situ e layer, allows the systems components to work together to prevent this from occurring.
Why an “in-situ” E-layer?
The Polytan Energy Pad is paved in place with no seams or joints. This means that the energy pad will not shift or separate. The initially installed profile (consistency/levelness of the playing surface) will remain in place over the life of the installation.
What does this do for G-Max and other performance characteristics?
The ACS assures the performance and safety of your field. Key performance criteria such as footing, drainage and lower G-Max ratings are more consistent over the life of the field than with other systems.
